I leave on May 20 for a 10 day tour of Spain (offered through Parkland College, thanks). Since I've never been to Spain, I've already bought my fave, Rick Steves' Guide and I'm also checking out trusted websites and blogs. My prime interest? Not ashamed to admit that I'm really looking forward to trying Spanish cuisine, and maybe a few Spanish wines to wash down the tapas.
